Joanna Kunicka

JOANNA KUNICKA

A graduate of the Warsaw University (English Study Department) and the French Institute of Management. Almost from the beginning of her professional career dealt with the HR management issues, first in the position of the Recruitment Consultant working for Take It consulting firm, then as the Training and Development Manager worked for Danone where she was responsible for the overall training and development policy for three member-companies of the Group in Poland (Danone Sp. z o.o., Żywiec Zdrój, LU Polska).

Joanna has almost twenty years of experience in development and implementation of comprehensive training and development projects. She is a specialist in the development, implementation and expansion of competence models. Joanna creates proprietary training programmes on managerial competencies, she is a certified trainer, coach (a member of the International Coaching Community) and a consultant on Thomas method (personality profile analysis).

Joanna has a perfect command of English. Her professional interests include in particular executive coaching, social psychology, strategic HR development, sales and customer service.

MAŁGORZATA FERENIEC

MAŁGORZATA FERENIEC

A graduate of the Warsaw University /Psychology Department/. She has more than 10 years of managerial experience in team building and management, initially in the sales area, then also in human resource management area with ING Nationale Nederlanden where she performed a function of a sales force trainer, a recruitment specialist and then the Director of Recruitment and Development Department where she was responsible for designing and implementation in the organisation of standard processes of personnel recruitment and selection, employee assessment and job evaluation, and then for the development and implementation of standardized processes for the selection of agents and evaluation of manager potential within sales force. She was also responsible for the implementation of uniform personnel policies in company after merger (life assurance company and pension fund) and for the project involving change of organisational culture of the company.

Małgorzata specialises in executive coaching (individual development programmes) and in consulting services rendered on HR projects. She has long-term experience in the assessment and development of employee competencies at all levels of organisation /dozens of recruitment projects and AC/DC Assessment Centers/. Małgorzata is a certified coach, a member of ICC, a certified Thomas method consultant /analysis of personality profile/; she is also authorised to use and analyse SHL tests in terms of the skill assessment and personality profile analysis. Małgorzata speaks English.

Her professional interests include in particular: executive coaching, behavioural coaching, life coaching and work-life balance.
 

ANNA MACKIEWICZ-GARBIEC

ANNA MACKIEWICZ-GARBIEC

Graduated from the Psychology Department, Warsaw University and completed Post-Graduate Programme for Group Trainers at the Warsaw School of Social Psychology and Psychoeducation Laboratory. From the onset of her professional career Anna has dealt with human resources management. She worked as a consultant for renowned human resources consulting firms (SMG/KRC Human Resources and Take It). She contributed to the development of the first in Poland tool for testing and evaluation of employee competences.

For many years now acting as an independent consultant Anna works with many businesses carrying out managerial audits for them. She co-ordinates and implements the projects involving restructuring of sales divisions, recruitment and selection of candidates for positions at each level. She develops tools for the assessment of competences, and employee assessment systems.

Anna runs training sessions and workshops on human resources management for top management and middle level of management and overall development programmes for company employees.

Anna uses English for professional purposes. She specialises in particular in the following areas: managerial audit, Assessment and Development Center programmes, recruitment and selection, employee competence development, individual support during job search process.

ANNA PORAŻYŃSKA

ANNA PORAŻYŃSKA

A graduate of the Psychology Faculty at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and of the Pedagogy Faculty at the Podlasie Academy in Siedlce.

For 7 years she ran workshops on interpersonal skills for student groups based on a proprietary syllabus comprising such thematic blocks as: integration, group dynamics, communication, assertiveness, personal development, emotional intelligence, stress coping techniques, creative thinking, self-introduction, getting ready for effective job search. Anna developed her training skills attending workshops organized by Szkoła Trenerów Biznesu Trop (“Trail” College for Business Coaches).

Since 2003 acting as independent consultant she provided services to businesses from the FMCG and financial sectors. Anna executed recruitment projects (Assessment Center and competence interviews) for the sales departments of the following companies: Danone, PZ Cussons, ICI Paints and for BPH Mortgage Bank and Agros Nova.

She acted as a consultant/adviser supporting business during employment rationalisation process. Anna executed group outplacement projects for the clients from the pharmaceutical, financial, FMCG, IT sectors and for trade chains.

Anna is an enthusiastic trainer who works with passion. Her interests include in particular vocational counselling for people who were made redundant pursuant to a group lay off process and who are undergoing changes in their lives.

JOANNA BERNAŚ

JOANNA BERNAŚ

Graduated from the Department of Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics and from the Department of Psychology at the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities. Between 1994 and 2001, she worked at marketing departments of transnational corporations (RJR Tobacco, United Biscuits, Danone and Nestle).

Between 2001 and 2009, she co-founded and managed promotional agencies (Preludium and Ad Modum) them. She founded and headed Customer Service and New Business Development departments.

Since 2004, she has also worked as a business consultant and, since 2009, as a coach. She completed CoachWise Essentials and CoachWise Equipped — programs accredited by ICF (International Coach Federation). As a coach, she works primarily with clients whose objectives include career development, finding a new job, changing the career path, creating or developing a new department or company.

Her interests include broadly understood development, new ventures and business projects, and integration of psychology and management.

She has a working knowledge of English.
